 This package is for the person that has done some of the pre planning themselves and would like some help 6-9 months prior to the wedding date.

• Meet w/ venue  for 1-2 walk throughs of event space & layout
• Work with you on the vision, theme,  decor aspects
• Assist w/rentals
• Create day of time line
• Vendor refferals 
• Recommendations of hotels for out of town guests
• Contact all vendors to confirm 
• Assist w/ scheduling final payments
• Running the show Day of Coordination
• 1 hour Ceremony rehearsal

  Unlimited Communication starting 2 weeks prior to  event

 • 1 in person planning meeting min. prior to event to discuss logistics 

• Create day of timeline for ceremony & reception

 • Meet w/ Venue Representative

• Contact all hired vendors 1 week prior to confirm instructions

 • 1.5 hour ceremony rehearsal run through

• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise

 • Placing gifts & belongings in proper car.

We offer customized and personalized wedding ceremonies that reflect our couples style and love story.  Marriage license guidance, instruction and filing after ceremony is inlcuded.
