This package is for the person that needs help with everything from start to finish.

 This package is for the person that has done some of the pre planning themselves and would like some help 6-9 months prior to the wedding date.

• Meet w/ venue  for 1-2 walk throughs of event space & layout
• Work with you on the vision, theme,  decor aspects
• Assist w/rentals
• Create day of time line
• Vendor refferals 
• Recommendations of hotels for out of town guests
• Contact all vendors to confirm 
• Assist w/ scheduling final payments
• Includes Day of Coordination 
• 1 hour Ceremony rehearsal 
• 1 hour deco &more

  Unlimited Communication, review of vendor contracts

 • 1 in person planning meeting min. prior to event to discuss logistics 

• Create day of timeline for ceremony & reception

 • Meet w/ Venue Representative

• Contact all hired vendors 1 week prior to confirm instructions

 • 1 hour ceremony rehearsal run through
